  • Issue annual donation receipts to all contributors.
  • Create 1 full time and 1 contracting secretariat personnel to manage fund raising and administrative tasks.
  • Create two KCOBANA Investment Committees (Real Estate & Equities/Seed Capital).

  • Target real estate syndications, REITs, and stable dividend-paying stocks.

  • Establish a “Pitch Day” event each year for alumni entrepreneurs and innovators to present business and tech ideas for funding.

  • Prioritize key projects like science labs, classroom & boarding school infrastructure, sports center and tech infrastructure.
  • Fund specific projects with clear reporting on impact, timelines, and milestones.
  • Partner with the King’s College Board of Governors for accountability.
  • Identify alumni and friends of Alumni in leadership roles whose visions align with KCOBANA’s objectives.
